Obituary of Mildred Ruth McNeil

Trumbull Resident Mildred Ruth Wigre McNeil, age 84, of Trumbull, a retired employee for D. M. Reads, died on Thursday, June 4, 2009 in St. Vincent Medical Center. Born in Bridgeport on July 12, 1924, she was a daughter of the late Carl and Ruth Crane Wigre. She was a member of the Trumbull Gardening Club and a member of Friends of the Trumbull Library. She was pre-deceased by her husband John C. McNeil and two sisters Doris Hatch and Hazel Blanchaun. Survivors include three sons, Roger McNeil of North Haven, John McNeil of Trumbull and Tim McNeil and his wife Sharon of Ansonia, two grandchildren, Katie and Evan McNeil. Funeral Information Funeral Services will take place on Tuesday, June 9, 2009 at 12:00 noon in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull. Interment will follow in Long Hill Burial Grounds, Trumbull. Friends and relatives may call on Tuesday morning from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
