Obituary of Sally A. Attianese
Sally A. Attianese, age 77, of East Haven, passed away on Sunday, July 7, 2024 at St. Raphael's Hospital in New Haven. Born in Bridgeport on February 4, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Vincent and Antoinette (Donofrio) Attianese and was a longtime Bridgeport area resident.
Sally was the owner and operator of Merle Norman Studio in Branford before her retirement. She was very active in the business community and had many friends and associates whose relationships were very dear to her. Sally was full of energy and was described by many, young and old, as passionate, inspiring, caring, independent and spunky. She loved music, dancing, meeting with her friends and helping others look their best. And of course she loved her family most of all, who were by her side through all the heartbreak and joy that accompanied her life's journey. We will miss her energy, her smile and her passion for life and most of all we will miss Sally.
Survivors include a brother, Robert Attianese and his wife Tina Abdollah, a nephew, Ryan Attianese and his wife Jennifer, a niece, Lauren Longino and her husband Tony and three cherished grand nieces and nephews, Carson, Charlie and Lola as well as many cousins and dear friends.
