I'm so sorry to hear about the passing of your mom. I remember her from working at Connie's Beauty Salon. She was always so nice to talk to & joke around with. Her family was the most important thing in her life. May she rest in peace.
Had the honor of serving on the Bridgeport City Council with Penny and sitting next to her for many years. She always voted for what she believed was right for the taxpayers of the City of Bridgeport. She was Bridgeport through and through. May she rest in peace.
