Obituary of James J. Carter

James J. Carter, age 91. It is with great sadness that my beloved husband, Jim, has left us and gone to his eternal rest on Friday, June 23, 2023 at home. Jim was the son of James and Ruth Carter (deceased) of New Haven.

We had a wonderful life together for 61 years. He retired in 1995, and enjoyed life in retirement to the fullest. Rest in peace my beloved Jim.

Jim is survived by his wife, Irene, daughter Tracy (Andy) and grandchildren, Caroline, Drew and Lily. He was predeceased by his very special daughter, Beth.

There will be no calling hours and interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
