Obituary of Michael T. Bresnahan

Michael T. Bresnahan, age 66 of Trumbull, passed away on Monday, June 12, 2023 at his home. Born in Derry, New Hampshire on March 10, 1957, he was a son of the late William and Joan (Mullaney) Bresnahan and was a longtime resident of Trumbull, a town he loved.

Mr. Bresnahan proudly served his country in the United States Army. He worked as Cardiothoracic Physician Assistant at St. Francis Hospital & Heart Center in Long Island, New York. He was dedicated to the field of medicine and his patients. He enjoyed fishing and watching the Boston Red Sox. He enjoyed taking walks around Trumbull and caring for his cat, Mr. Davis. In his free time, Michael enjoyed sitting on the front lawn reading the latest Clive Cussler novel.

Survivors include three children, Ashley Franko McGannon and her husband Michael, Victoria Sedita and William Bresnahan. His siblings include William Bresnahan Jr., Patrick Bresnahan, Kathleen Bresnahan (deceased) and Maureen Bresnahan (deceased) as well as several nieces and nephews.

All funeral services will be private. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull.
