My condolences to the Astolfi family. I remember growing up with Johnny before my teenage years and always looking up to him and trying to keep up with him in sports. Lol. I can still remember hos laughs. Thanks for being a good influence to me. Sorry you had to leave us so soon. God bless you old friend. Artie

Thank you so much Artie. We always wondered what happened to little Artie after we moved from Herkimer St. Johnny did leave us way too soon and the emptiness will sure be felt by all of us.

My dear, sweet little brother, the pain in my heart is so unbearable. Your leaving us has left a big hole in our family. I know life goes on and time (supposedly) heals all wounds, but how does one go about their life when there is the memory of their brother dying alone in the hospital? I am so incredibly sad and I will always think of you and love you. Until we meet again my funny, lovable Johnnyboy, I will wait for you to visit me in my dreams. All my love, Liana

John, a true friend since my days at Cadom 30 years ago right up to last week. I will truly miss him! His stories always made me laugh till my sides hurt, I knew nobody like him! Over the years we talked about everything, his beloved family, his childhood friends and from J Geils to his best friend and savior Jesus Christ who John truly cherished & loved! He understood what life was really about and enjoyed every bit of it he could! I will surely miss our time together, the lunches, the drinks, the stories and the laughs! I will never be able to forget him! : (
