You taught me so much growing up, Bobo. You taught me how to mix concrete, build stone walls, split firewood, cultivate the garden, use the bulldozer, and make wine among so many other things. Above all, you instilled a strong sense of family pride in me and work ethic that is bar-none. There was no such concept as, we can’t accomplish that because it’s too much work. Your mentality was, we can accomplish it, no matter how much work it will be. You always had a vision and made sure that vision became a reality which is evident in all of your work. You took so much pride in working construction that is truly unmatched. Sick days? Those didn’t exist for you. I’m tired, was never an option. You worked construction to put food on the table and provide for your family. Your mind, body and spirit were as tough as the boulders you would break by hand with your sledge hammer for your stone walls. You always did everything as perfect as you could and with 100% of your might. There were no short cuts. Your masonry, stone pillars, Belgium block driveways, and concrete workings will forever be part of your legacy and workmanship. Your walls will stand the test of time to be admired by those graced by your work. Without you, your children, and grandchildren wouldn’t be the individuals we are today. Bobo you truly are a legend who will never be forgotten. I love you always and forever.
