It is difficult to express the depth of our sorrow for your loss. Joannie was my secretary at Fairfield Prep for several years and as I have said countless times if it were not for her my job would have been exponentially more difficult. She was a tireless worker whose attitude with our young men was admirable. She made everyone who entered the office feel comfortable and welcome. Her sense of humor was something I treasured and we shared many a laugh together. There was always a spring in her step and a ready smile on her face. She became my friend and I will never forget her. May she rest in peace. God now has another wonderful angel.

May Joan rest in peace with Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Joan was an inspiration to all of us. Remember her well along with her hubby and especially Mary. I helped Mary long ago in the Trumbull Schools.

Kevin & Mary, I'm so sorry to hear about Joan. I remember many times when I used to come over and mow your lawn, that her and Bob would love coming out and talking to me and enjoying the nice summer weather. She was a great lady, and now she is probably hanging out with my grandmother, and enjoying the times. Prayers for you both! Alan Amendola
