We'll miss you Carmen! In recent years, I was happily surprised to get reacquainted with you while tag-saling. Whenever we look at the large, Italian, majolica rooster on top of our refrigerator, we will think of you. (Carmen & I both attended Beardsley School on the East side of Bridgeport in the '40's. I later went into the Marine Corp with a bunch of classmates, including Larry Gentile, Bruce Sutay, Cotton Andranovich, Bob Becker, Bobby Mancini, & Bonny Tomasi.) Here's looking at you, kid. There are no words that can accurately describe Carmen. A kind, considerate witty soul that words can't describe .He could shed light when you thought there was none. He could always find humor when one would find it so hard to find. We look back now and shed light on his everlasting wit and kindness at the bottom of every loving comment. No one faster than a one liner in his day. There is not a day that won't go by, a moment that remind me of his everlasting love and humor .My wife and kids will always remember him dearly ,but no one than my young and rising soon to be 15 year old Greyson who found so much wit and charm in every snide remark that would make him laugh endlessly and span the generations between the three of us could always count a comment from Greyson "Dad ,are we going shooting withy Carmen ,make sure you tell him to bring the little Colt .357 and I will buy the ammo!!" The old man got a real kick out of seeing an 8 year old shooting that Colt. It always left a glow on his face that you had to see.It was always a gas to listen to his endless stories ,we could laugh for hours! So hard to see you go ,so comforting knowing you are in eternal peace.I will truly miss you Carmen.

I treasure so many wonderful memories with Carmen and his family over the past 60+ years. He was truly a devoted and proud family man. He was admired for his self-made business entrepreneurship, charismatic personality, loyalty, friendship, generous spirit and warm and jovial manner. He will be greatly missed.
