Obituary of Laura A. Tozier

Laura A. Tozier, 51, of Trumbull, passed away unexpectedly at home on March 30, 2021. She was born on December 21, 1969 in Norwalk, CT. Laura was the wife of Blaine Tozier of Maine. She was the beloved daughter of Jerry & Jackie Anderson. She was the cherished sister of Linda Klein and Todd Anderson and his wife Marcie. Laura was so loved by her nieces Isabella & Chloe and nephew Jack. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Laura was a dedicated employee of Chapin & Bangs of Bridgeport for over 33 years. She was a 5 year cancer survivor and always managed to smile and stay positive. Laura found comfort in supporting, helping others and raising awareness in the fight against cancer.

She will be dearly missed by so many and has affected countless lives whom she never met. Those who knew Laura will always remember her contagious laugh and smile. She would always be there to offer support to anyone when needed. Laura touched so many lives whether young and old, near and far.

Laura was loved by her family and friends. If she wasn’t at home or work or cheering for the Patriots she would be sea glassing and spending time with her dear friends at her happy place, the beach. She was loving, caring, thoughtful, humorous, selfless, friendly and generous. For all these reasons and more we will forever hold her in our hearts and cherish all our memories.

A walk-through wake will be held on Friday, April 16, 2021 from 4pm to 7pm at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, CT 06611. Visitors are asked to wear masks and social distance as they walk through, pay their respects, and exit without lingering to ensure all guests can come through the building. A private burial for immediate family will take place at a later date.
