So sorry to hear of Ron's passing. We were privileged to know the Masiero family during their time in Fremont, Michigan. Ron had such a great sense of humor and wonderful laugh. Our children often speak of Ronnie and Michelle and the good times we had together. Know this must be a huge loss for the family and our thoughts are with you all.

Lolly and families,
You certainly know you have my most sincere condolences at Ron’s passing. I’ve known your family 40+ years professionally and personally. I admired Ron’s leadership of Gerber Life, it’s success and growth. Ron’s sense of humor was second to none and I was fortunate to be on his list to chuckle at his daily groaners. His mischievous laugh will ring in my heart always. Of Ron’s numerous qualities was his dedication, generosity, love and guidance of his wife and family. He was so very proud of you and his children, grandchildren and great granddaughter. And I know he hung on to great his expected great grandson. Whenever I was fortunate to visit, Ron would always be the ultimate tour guide and let us have only one of his good bottles of wine. So many tremendous memories of a man well-loved.
He fought the good fight, he finished the race, he kept the faith.

To Lolly and the entire Masiero Family,
As an almost lifelong friend of Marilyn, we (my husband and I) were so sad to learn about Ron's passing. Marilyn always expressed such love and admiration for him. Your family has had 3 major losses over the past 2 years, and our hearts go out to you all! Hoping that the love you all share will help you get to a place of peace.
With Sympathy,
Michele and Michael Glotzer

My best memories are those of our travels with Ron and Lol between 1997 and 2005.
We visited many National Parks and states out west plus Alaska and Central Europe.
We had so much fun, rafting the wild snake river and venturing to BARROW Alaska of all places.
That sticks with me the most since it was optional and we four were the only ones going, thanks to Ron.
Why not, he says. You only live once. There was no quarantee we could return in time to rejoin the tour group..??.
Love you Ron and will miss you. Valerie

Ron's impact on my life is difficult to put into words. Having worked for him at Gerber Life starting in 1987, he taught me how to be tough but fair, make the difficult decisions with compassion and at the end of the day share a smile or laugh. His values and work ethic carry-on today. He was my mentor but more importantly a good friend.

It is so difficult to share 70 plus years of memories. Ron and I grew up in the Bronx around the corner from each other and remained lifelong friends. He was smart but not condescending. I appreciated his council and sense of humor, Rest in peace, my good friend.
