Obituary of Henry M. Finelli

Trumbull Resident Henry M. Finelli, age 83, of Trumbull, a retired carpenter for Union Local 210 for 50 years, died on Tuesday, October 19, 2010 in St. Vincent Medical Center. Born in Bridgeport on March 25, 1927, he was the foster son of the late Frank and Fannie DeFalco A U. S. Army veteran of World War II, he was a Trumbull resident for 51 years. Mr. Finelli enjoyed ballroom dancing with the love of his life Florence, spending time outdoors and working in his yard. Survivors include his beloved wife of 61years, Florence Branchesi Finelli, two daughters, Joyce Finelli Szymanski and her husband Mike of Trumbull and Carol Finelli and her partner Thomas of Florida, a sister, Irene Alonza of Monroe and three grandchildren, Michael, Joey and Lisa Szymanski. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Monday, October 25, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull. Interment with military honors will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull. Friends may call on Sunday from 3-6 p.m.
