Rick, Jennifer and Michelle I am so sorry for your loss especially after she fought so hard. My wish for you and your entire families is for every Heavenly and Earthly Blessing to give you whoever and whatever you may need into your lives to help you get through this most difficult time as you mourn the loss of your most precious Madeline as well as celebrate her life. I was a close friend for many years and as often happens life takes us in different directions and we lose touch but the memories and love are forever. I am so thankful that we got the chance to reconnect and catch up over the past year. She will be missed but never forgotten.

We are sorry to hear of your mom's passing. I can only imagine how difficult this has been, and our hearts go out to you and the family. Know that you have many, many friends who love and care about you. We know your heart is feeling heavy. Our hope and prayer for all of you is that each day your hearts will feel lighter and lighter from the loss you are feeling, until one day only sweet memories remain to comfort you. My deepest condolences to Rick and family. Although I knew Madeline for only a little over a year, she was my walking buddy and friend, and I will forever miss her and am grateful for the time we spent together. She was a kind and giving person who loved her family fiercely and spoke of them so proudly.
She surprised me with a "first grandchild" beautiful baby blanket which she knitted and later, a second for my son and daughter-in-law "just to use up the remaining yarn". We laughed often, and I looked forward to our walks. She told me she was trying to get back to it by the Fall. I'm so sorry for your loss.

My sincerest condolences to Rick, Jennifer, Michelle & family. I will always hold Madeline in the highest regard. I looked up to her many times over the years- from literally looking up to her as my Girl Scout leader at a young age, through my teens & adulthood. I admired her determination obtaining her degree and her strong work ethic. Family meant everything to her and whenever I would see her or Rick they always made me feel like I was an extension of theirs. I’ll cherish her handmade mementos, the conversations I had with her and truly the positive influence she had on my life Through the years. RIP Madeline
