I just found out today of the passing of Mr. Pic. Mrs. Pic, Joe, Susan, David and family, I will always cherish the times I had over your house when we were still teenagers. Those times were much fun, even if Joe's drumming was too loud! I know the pain too well this last year. Mr. Pic was a wonderful man whom I looked up to. Rest in Peace.

I was thinking that it would be difficult to share a memory of Mr. Pic. But the truth is that whenever I think of him, I remember how he would greet me with that huge "Piccirillo" smile and shake my hand with a "Hey Michael". He was always so warm and genuine. He was a great man. I wasn't a member of his family, but he made me feel that way. He made my wife and children feel like that too. As does Mrs. Pic. I'll always cherish Christmas Eve's, or stopping by the house most winter nights and there was always a fire going. You'd be in for a real treat if it was one of the nights his sister Carmella would come by, boy, they were something else together.
Mr. Pic was a man of pride too. Pride for his family, his home, his country, and in everything he did. He loved his family so much, and they loved him. I dare you to know the man and not love him.
He will be missed. He will always stay in our hearts. We pray for Mrs. Pic and the whole Piccirillo clan in their time of loss and grief. You all will be in our daily prayers.

I regret that I did not know Mr. Piccirillo personally but having known his son Rev. Joseph I can only assume he and Phyllis and the family must be quite special. My condolences to you all.

Joe was a cousin that always had a smile and a joy that was contagious. He always made us younger cousins feel special and glad that we had such a large, caring family of cousins, aunts, and uncles that could spend holidays and special events together and leave such gatherings a little bit richer in love.
