Sending our love, thoughts and prayers to your family at this difficult time of loss. Mr. Skoog was always a light of love, joy, kindness, and thoughtfulness. His smile always lit up the narthex at church. It was a pleasure and a joy to know him as a growing teen, as a young adult, and as a married woman with my own family. Mr. Skoog was always so kind to our family, he always greeted our boys with joy and enthusiasm, probably teasing them about cookies after church. May you be comforted by the love and wonderful memories that are in your heart and your mind. May God continue to wrap each of you in his tender love and care.

He was truly an unforgettable person. I was blessed to know him. My condolences to Edith and all Billie’s family.

I was so sorry to learn that Billie had passed away. I have such wonderful memories of Billie when I worked at Holy Cross. Billie would stop by the church office to say hello and always had a smile on his face and kind words to share. He was such an example of a true Christian and brought sunshine to everyone who he came in contact with.
My thoughts and prayers are with Edith and all the family. May you rest in peace, Billie.
Love,
Maureen and Karel Sheveland

Dear Edith - our deepest sympathy and prayers for comfort upon the passing of Billie. He was a treasure -- the kindest man, always ready with a story, always willing to help. Our church family will never be the same. We pray that you find comfort in the knowledge that he is home, at rest, free of pain and worry, united with his Creator. Of course you miss him, and I hope you find peace in memories and through family and friends. We are here for you and we love you. God's peace, Edith, for you and your family.
God's peace,
