Rich was such a nice guy. I worked with him almost his entire 26 years here at Sikorsky. We will miss his sense of humor, laugh, and his light hearted approach to life. Always had a way to lighten any situation. God bless him and his family.

Dear Pagnani family, I knew Rich from working at Sikorsky, I'm speechless Rich was such a nice person would do anything for anybody. I will always remember him singing the National Anthem at the Veterans Day ceremony at Sikorsky. He was a proud Teamster and a great electrician for Sikorsky Aircraft. I retired three years ago and did not know he was sick. I know he will be missed by his family but rest assured he will be missed by many friends also. God Bless Rich and God Bless his family at this trying time RIP my Friend.

Claire and girls, there are no words. He meant the world to Susie and I. Our deepest condolences to you all. I know everyone who knew Rich will be saddened with this news but immediately, a smile will come to their faces because that's what he always did, brought a smile to everyone he met.
