Cousin Frank was truly a beautiful man inside and out, I will always remember him smiling, soft spoken and just very happy in life.
May Almighty God bring rest to his body after his long journey in this life and Bless his Soul as he joins others who have gone before him, He has missed seeing and is now happy to see them again. He has gone to be with Pam again
