I couldn’t find the words to express my love & sorrow that I have lost my very best friend. We have shared all 74 yrs of our lives together. Our deepest sympathies to the Bertig family. Between my husband and I, we worked for many years with Mary Ann at Santa. Mary Ann was always the bright light in the room. A truly remarkable and unforgettable person, with a heart of gold. The light on earth has certainly dimmed with Mary Ann's passing. However, Heaven is shining even brighter with her arrival. May your memories of her always warm your hearts and bring a smile to your face. Wishing you peace and strength during this incredibly difficult time. Maryann was truly a wonderful lady. She was most welcoming to me when I arrived at Santa, and we enjoyed a friendship for 15 years. She was someone you could count on, and always had a smile on her face. My condolences to Bob and the family, and may Maryann rest in peace.

Dear Bob and Family, I was deeply saddened to read of your dear wife's passing. Mary Ann was one of my very favorite individuals that I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. I always looked forward to each encounter as she was always cheerful, warm and compassionate. Although you were blessed with 54 years of marriage together, I know it was never long enough. To Maryann's family, I am very sorry to learn of Maryann's passing. Maryann worked for me at Bunker Ramo during the early 1980's. When I lost my job in 1997 I again worked with her in a temporary position at Santa Fuel for a short time. She was a very good person and I always considered her a friend, R I P

god bless maryann. we had a great group at santa fuel and I will always cherish the memories with her. we got the job done and had FUN doing it. she will live in my heart forever. god never prepares us for the loss of loved ones but we know the pain is gone and she is in a better place with eternal peace.
