I worked with Barbara at the Hartford Insurance co. for a number of years, 1986 to 1990 or so. She was always so happy, and a very kind person. One Christmas she gave me a pair of earrings (the 1928 brand) and I loved them. I was going through my earrings today, deciding which to wear (35th wedding anniversary lunch with my husband and son) and found that pair. I thought of her. I looked her up and sadly learned that she passed away. What a truly wonderful person she was! A ray of sunshine in the office. I'm very glad I got to work with her! Condolences to her family. Miss you Barbara!

My friend for over 40 years and my first Monroe friend. We worked together, shared many memories together and I will always remember our friendship with happy memories.
