To the Bryk family I send my condolences. I just learned of Joe’s passing and was saddened. Joe was always a kindhearted, loyal, compassionate friend. We were close friends in high school and I have thought about him many times over the years. Although saddened at his passing, it is comforting to learn of his wonderful family, career, and friendships that shaped his life.

Dear Sal, Auggie, Garret and family, I’m so sorry to hear of Joe’s passing. I will always remember his smile, laugh, and his love of life! He was always the first to hand me a cup of coffee when we went camping and made me feel like an instant friend when I first met all of the camping crew. It was so clear in the way he talked about his family that they were always number one in his life. Always proud. Always positive! Always happy!
