I was a Tenant in Busters two Family on Winthrop St off of Brooklawn Avenue around 1969! He was an awesome person and landlord! My husband Bill Buck and I were so young when we rented from him! 23 and 27! Audrey and Chuck Sciorra lived on the first floor of the two family and we became friends. I happened to think once again of “Buster” today and saw that he has passed. Sadness about that. He was a kind human being. God Bless him and all of his family. My Family loved and loves gardening and flowers as well..as he did...Living in Mass now for many years. Best regards, Joy Buck.

Dear Cocivi Family, I want to express my heartfelt sorrow over our loss of Buster. While I only worked at the farm for a short period of time,I was friends with Phil, Wendy, and Nancy prior to my working for Buster and Jean. I remained friends with Buster for years and years after I left his employ. I spent many nights sitting at the house, eating Grandma's delicious cooking and solving the worlds problems with Buster. He will be greatly missed by all and especially me! Godspeed my friend.

I am so sorry to hear of Buster's passing. My deepest sympathy to you all. I have so many wonderful memories of working in the "stand", eating Aunt Mary's wonderful cooking and seeing the children grow up. I always felt that we were family instead of neighbors. Whenever Bonnie and I reminisce I remember all of the hard work and good times with joy and love.

My deepest thoughts and sympathies to all the family-it has been oh so many years but the memories of working on the "farm"-living across the street-sharing your table with Aunt Mary's favorite pasta dishes-so many, many memories of watching the "kids" grow up and celebrating so many great times. A hard working man-a great "boss". Jean, thinking of you-knowing how the years have been-hope you are well and PLEASE give my love to the "kids" and your sister in law Nancy. Never knew about Rosemary-so sad. Still in Florida, sadly most of the family has passed-mom, dad, Chuck, Nick and sadly my son Toby. But we have the memories....Love to you All Bonnie O'Brien

Buster was the ultimate Eastonite.....slt of the earth, kind, willing to always help others and a great sense of humor..to say nothing of his delicious corn and tomatoes. He always spoke lovingly of his wife, of pride for his children and love for his grandchildren....love to you all.
