To this day, I will never forget Larry Morelli. When he walked in a room you knew he was there. He has so much charisma. and it was as if he lit up a room when he walked in. He was a truly unique individual on this earth, and their was no other like him. I remember what stood out about him, was that he was very "comical" and he had good recall about events. He also was a great singer in the band called 'The Actuals", and The Manta Rays in the late 70's and 80's. He has such great stage presence and he was a great songwriter. I never met his family until his son Lawrence, Junior passed away. It was very very tragic! Then I learned that Larry Sr. had passed away in 2018. I was really affected by it all, and to this day, these passings, strike a very deep cord of sadness in me, that almost as if, it should not have happened to both of them. But I try not to lean on my own understanding of things. I will try to remember the great contributions Larry Morelli, Sr. left behind, and he will live in the hearts and minds of those that knew and loved him, and of course, in his great music. Larry's passing marks the end of a great musical era in history as he passed through each dynamic decades of change: The 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's, and the millenium. I was so glad to have known and loved Larry. He was gold!

Yes, we had so many good times together that it hurts to think you are gone my dear friend. There is no doubt that our teenage gang of kids knew how to make the best of any situation and we always did because you made us laugh. We also lived in Boston the summer of 1976 and that made for one adventure after another, some of the best memories of my life. Thank you my friend. My deepest condolences to Larry’s family and friends. The man had an enormous heart ❤️ and we will miss it and you ~ Lorenzo!

Natasha, Lisa, and family,
I realize that no amount of "I'm sorry's" can ease the pain you are feeling right now at having lost your father, especially so soon after Lawrence, Jr. My prayers for you all is for God's loving hand and light to lift you out of your well of sorrow and comfort you throughout the years. May your memories be beautiful and also be a source of comfort and peace in the times ahead.

Joe, Lou, Donna.. my heartfelt condolences go out to you and your families. His passing brings back so many fond memories of growing up on Pleasant View Ave. when we were "kids" outside playing no matter what the weather was. One memory brings me a smile, I can hear your mother calling out, "Lawrence come home for dinner! " May your memories help you during this very difficult time.
Regards,
Sandy (Cross) Mason
