Obituary of Marion Fisher
Marion Baricko Fisher, age 91, of Westminster, CO, beloved wife of the late Albert C. Fisher Sr., passed away peacefully on September 18, 2017. Born in Bridgeport, she was the daughter of the late Stephen and Anna Kanas Baricko.
A former resident of Bridgeport for the majority of her life, Marion also resided in Florida and Colorado, where her last years were spent with family and friends.
Marion was employed at General Electric and Fermont of Bridgeport, in between raising her children.
Survivors include her loving children, Albert C. Fisher Jr., his wife Terri of Colorado, Elaine Fisher and Gary Naidus of Florida, Edward Fisher of Florida, Ronald Fisher of California, her sister Helen Banas and brother Donald Baricko and their families. Marion was very proud of her 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren, soon to be expecting a 14th. Pre-deceased, in addition to her husband, was her friend and companion of 18 years, John Ceccarelli, Sr. of Milford, CT.
Funeral services will take place on Saturday, September 30, 2017 at 8:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 9:00 a.m. in St. Jude Church, Monroe for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in St. John's Cemetery, Monroe. Relatives and friends may greet the family on Friday from 5 - 8 p.m.
