Dear Gary, Patricia, Donald, Irene, and Joseph, Meeting all of you at Griffin Hospital last Friday was a joyful experience. How beautifully you spoke of John and all the happy times you all shared together at "Vastola's Hideaway". It was my privilege to meet you and especially to write his "Vital Patient Story". What a wonderful man he was! Please accept my sentiments of deepest sympathy and my prayers for the repose of his soul. May he now enjoy his eternal reward in heaven. Remember who is in charge of that gate,and know it was opened by a very special lady named Frances. Be assured of a remembrance in my prayers for you all.
