Obituary of Ethel Hernandez

Ethel Grube Hernandez, age 70, of Bridgeport, a retired employee for the Three Door Restaurant with over 15 years of service, died on Saturday, August 11, 2007 in St. Vincent Medical Center. Born in Berlin, Germany on September 24, 1936, she was a daughter of the late George and Charlotte Vehse Grube.

A loving grandmother who cared deeply for her grandchildren, she was a member of the New Life Assembly of God Church in Trumbull.

Survivors include her husband of 39 years, Roberto Hernandez, three children, Salvatore (Sammy) Siconolfi and his wife Debbie of Milford, Michael Otero and his wife Mary of Trumbull and Cynthia Amendola and her husband Nicholas of North Branford, eight grandchildren, Nicole, Anthony, Salvatore Jr., Michael (Mick), Julia, Sophia, Joshua and Matthew. 

Funeral services will take place on Wednesday, August 15, 2007 at 11 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull. Interment will follow in Park Cemetery, Bridgeport. Friends may visit on Tuesday from 4-8 p.m.
