Obituary of Concetta Gallucci

Connie (Concetta) Gallucci, passed peacefully on Tuesday, May 10th in her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born to Joseph and Josephine Pavia Gallucci in a little hill town of Faeto, Province of Foggia, Italy. She along with her family emigrated here on February 11, 1937. Connie graduated from Central High School majoring in secretarial studies. She held several positions as secretary, notably, as executive secretary at Columbia Records, Remington Arms and Remington Products. She enjoyed traveling, flower gardening, classical music, bus trips, but most of all, her treasured family. She is survived by her brother, Eugene and his wife Barbara and nieces Joanne Mazzeo and her husband Robert; Ann Marie Errichetti, M.D. and her husband Mark Keroack, M.D.; Rita Errichetti; Evonne Klein and her husband Randall; and 12 grand nephews and nieces as well as 5 great-grand nephews and nieces all whom adored her. She was predeceased by her sisters, Silvia Gallucci and Maria Errichetti and nephews, Ernest Errichetti and Joseph Gallucci. Connie's family is grateful for all the kind and attentive care provided by Diane Cisero. There will be no calling hours. Family and friends are invited to attend her funeral Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, May 16, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in Our Lady of The Assumption Church, 545 Stratfield Road, Fairfield. Interment will follow in St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford. Arrangements in care of the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull.
