Obituary of Antoinette Christiano

Antoinette Christiano, age 90, of Trumbull, passed away on Thursday, April 14, 2016 at St. Vincent's Medical Center, Bridgeport. Born in Manhattan, New York on January 22, 1926, she was a daughter of the late Vito and Maria Donada Toffata Christiano and was a longtime resident of Trumbull. Before her retirement, Antoinette was a claims processor at Blue Cross and Blue Shield for many years. She is survived by her two loving sisters, Rose Ann Pappas and her husband Peter of Trumbull and Phyllis Caperna of NY as well as many nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews. She was predeceased by five brothers, James, Joseph, Anthony, Michael and Peter Christiano and a sister, Carmela Snaric. Friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at 11:30 a.m. in St. Theresa Church, 5301 Main St., Trumbull. Interment will follow in Long Hill Burial Grounds, Trumbull.
