Obituary of Thomas Anthony Deyo
Bridgeport Resident
Thomas Anthony Deyo, age 66, of Bridgeport, passed away peacefully on Friday April 1, 2011 at St. Vincents Medical Center. Born on October 27, 1944 in Bridgeport, he was a son of the late George P. Deyo Sr. and Concetta Romano Deyo Ferraro. A graduate of Notre Dame High School, he resided in Westport for a time before returning to Bridgeport. Thomas was a former employee of Altieri Bakery in Bridgeport before going on to CBT Bank and becoming the assistant Vice President. He worked a various local banks and also taught catechism at St. Lukes Church in Westport. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by a brother George J. Deyo Jr., stepfather, Dominick J. Ferraro and best friend James Taaffe. Survivors include a brother, Peter Deyo and his wife Joann, sister-in-law, Annette Deyo and many loving nieces and nephews. Funeral Information
Funeral services will take place on Wednesday April 6, 2011 at 8:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 9:00 a.m. in St. Margaret Shrine Chapel, Bridgeport for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford. Relatives and friends may call on Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. Donations Information
