Obituary of Josephine M. Dalbenzo

July 24, 2009 Bridgeport Resident Dalbenzo Josephine M. Dalbenzo, of Bridgeport, a homemaker, died on Friday, July 24, 2009 in Lord Chamberlain Health Care Center surrounded by her loving family. Born in Peekskill, NY, she was a daughter of the late Ralph and Concetta Cuccione DiNatale. She was the widow of Dominic J. Dalbenzo and was predeceased by two brothers, John and Michael DiNatale and four sisters, Louise Lodice, Lena DeLucia, Rose Vendetti and Eleanor Vecchiarelli. Survivors include two daughters, Carole Gamer and her husband Al of Manchester and Margaret Goldstein and her husband Stanley of Monroe, three grandchildren, Kurt Gamer of Virginia, Seth Goldstein and his wife Rebecca of California, David Goldstein and his wife Lindsay of Massachusetts, and a great granddaughter Charlotte, as well as many nieces and nephews. The family would like to extend heartfelt thanks to the third floor staff at Lord Chamberlain, especially Liz, Norma and Margaret, and to the Sol Amor Hospice team. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, July 28, 2009 at 9:30 a.m. from the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull and at 10:00 a.m. in St. Margaret Shrine, Bridgeport for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford. Friends may call on Tuesday morning after 9 a.m. until the time of service.
