Obituary of Caroline D. D'Agostino

Bridgeport School Teacher Caroline D. DAgostino, age 78, of Shelton and formerly of Trumbull passed away on Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at Carolton Chronic Care of Fairfield, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Bridgeport, on January 29, 1934, she was a daughter of the late Anthony and Theresa Arganese DAgostino. She worked for 40 years as an elementary school teacher at the Columbus School in Bridgeport until her retirement. She also taught CCD and was the Director of the RCIA program at St. Theresa Church. She also found great enjoyment working as a volunteer for the Greater Bridgeport Teachers Association. Survivors include her brothers, Joseph DAgostino of Bridgeport and James DAgostino and his wife Kathy of Shelton; her beloved niece and nephew, Lisa Seperack and her husband Todd of Stratford and James DAgostino, Jr. of Texas; and great nieces and nephews, Scott, Reece and Cole Seperack and Sophia DAgostino; she also leaves many cousins. Funeral Information Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 1, 2012 at 10:30 am in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am at St. Theresa Church, Trumbull. Interment will follow in St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday morning from 9:30 until 10:30 am.
