Obituary of Eleanor Coletta

Eleanor Jakim Coletta, age 72, of Easton, beloved wife of Carl A. Coletta, passed away on Wednesday, April 4, 2012 at St. Vincent Medical Center. Born in Wildwood, PA on December 19, 1939, she was a daughter of the late Michael and Margaret Pristas Jakim. Mrs. Coletta was a former administrator in the Annual Giving Department at Fairfield University for over 20 years and a devoted parishioner at Christ the King Church. She was a loving and dedicated wife, mother and grandmother. She truly enjoyed caring for her grandchildren and will be deeply missed. In addition to her husband Carl of 47 years, survivors include a daughter, Christine Booth and her husband Eric of Trumbull, her five cherished grandchildren, Samuel, Benjamin, Brayden, Joshua and Jackson, her sister, Rosemary Christian and her husband Bud of Huntington as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Saturday, April 7, 2012 at 8:30 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 9:30 a.m. in Christ the King Church, Trumbull for a Reading of the Liturgy of the Word. Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull. Relatives and friends may call on Friday from 4-8 p.m.
