Obituary of Joseph R. Andrews

Resident of Newtown Joseph R. Andrews Sr., age 71, of Newtown, died on Thursday, May 14, 2009 at St. Vincent Medical Center. Born in Bridgeport on August 29, 1937, he was a son of the late Joseph R. and Anna Gallick Andrews. A U.S. Army veteran, Joseph was a retired employee of S.N.E.T. To Know Him Was To Love Him Survivors include his beloved wife of 47 years, Patricia C. Bonney Andrews, two loving sons, Joseph R. Andrews Jr. of Newtown and Scott C. Andrews of Wolcott, a cherished granddaughter Samantha Andrews, as well as Russ and Sue Bennett and Robert Bennett, all of Florida, Arline and Robert Sherback of Arizona and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Thursday, May 21, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull. Interment will follow in Newtown Village Cemetery, Newtown.
