Obituary of Marion Mongillo Capriotti
Loving Wife, Mother & Grandmother
Marion Mongillo Capriotti, age 85, of Beacon Falls, formerly of Huntington, CT, entered into eternal rest peacefully to be with the Lord on September 28, 2012, at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Bridgeport, CT on October 28, 1926. She graduated from Central High School and worked at General Electric and D.M. Reads in the Sales Audit Department in Bridgeport, CT until her retirement in 1977. Marion was devoted to her family and Catholic faith.
She was the beloved wife of John Capriotti for 64 years and was the daughter of the late Anthony and Angelina (DellaRocca) Mongillo. In addition to her loving husband, John, survivors include her devoted family: daughter, Judy and son-in-law, George Michael Voynick, grandson, Damon and granddaughter, Tasha and fiance, Daniel Meisenheimer, daughter #2, Bernice Beitman; her brother, Donald Mongillo, as well as several nieces and nephews. The family wants to acknowledge her compassionate hospice nurse, Debbie Sims and aide, Lauren Abate. She was pre-deceased by two brothers, Andrew and Nicholas Mongillo, and a sister, Josephine Costantini. Funeral Information
Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, October 2, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 10:00 a.m. in St. Lawrence Church, Shelton for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull. Relatives and friends may call on Monday from 4-8 p.m. Donations Information
