Obituary of Lee Trowbridge

Trumbull Resident Lee Trowbridge, age 67, of Trumbull, CT died August 14, 2008 after a short illness. Lee was born in NYC, May 27, 1941 to Harry Noble Trowbridge and Kathleen H. C. Schnittger. She moved to upstate NY and later Connecticut, where she completed a B.S. as a paralegal at the University of Bridgeport at age 55, of which she was very proud. She worked most recently as a volunteer in the Trumbull elementary schools. She leaves three daughters, Lisa Bordeaux of New Windsor, NY, Alison Tidd and her husband Shawn of New Paltz, NY, and Diana Schmertz of NYC, her sister, Julie Trowbridge-Alford of Lawrence, KS, three grandchildren, Alex and Brittany Bordeaux, and Trevor Tidd, a great grandchild, Kaydence and Sarah and David Trowbridge-Alford, her niece and nephew of Lawrence, KS. She was preceded in death by her parents, and son, Scott Gonzalez. Funeral Information Services were officiated by Rev. Ellen Kennedy, Trinity Episcopal Church, Nichols.
