Obituary of William D. Stokes

Resident of Bridgeport William D. Stokes, age 50, of Bridgeport, husband of Rose Marie MacDowell, died on Monday, February 11, 2008. Born in Bridgeport on June 30, 1957, he was the son of Jeanne F. McIntyre Stokes of Vero Beach, FL and the late William Stokes. He was a U. S. Air Force veteran and a volunteer fireman in Fairfield. In addition to his wife and mother, he leaves sisters, Maura Stelmaszek and her husband Richard of Fairfield and Donna Chiello and her husband Michael of Palm Bay, FL, nieces and nephews, Jessica and Richard Stelmaszek, Jennifer, Kristen, Michael and Alana Chiello and Michelle, Alan and Holly Rider. He was pre-deceased by a niece, Michele Chiello. Funeral Information Friends may greet the family at a memorial gathering on Thursday, February 14, 2008 at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull from 5-8 p.m. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Friday, February 15, 2008 at 9:30 a.m. directly in Our Lady of the Assumption Church, 545 Stratfield Rd., Fairfield.
