Obituary of Mary C. Scalzi

Resident of Bridgeport Mary C. Rudnansky Scalzi, age 95, of Bridgeport, died peacefully on Monday, October 15, 2007 in St. Vincent Medical Center. Born in Czechoslovakia on June 26, 1912, she was a daughter of the late John and Anna Rusnak Rudnansky. Mrs. Scalzi was a retired employee of Dresser Industries. She was pre-deceased by her beloved husband Joseph Scalzi. Survivors include three loving children, Louis M. Scalzi and his wife Diane of Monroe, Geraldine LoConte of Trumbull and Marie Provenzano of Stratford, nine cherished grandchildren, Michael and Louise Scalzi, Susan and Joe Piche, Carol and Joel Shea, Tom and Cheryl Provenzano, John and Carol Provenzano, Lynn and Bob David, Karen and Ernie Scinto, Gina and Greg Jontos and Dana and Brian Duff and 18 great grandchildren. Funeral Information Prayer services will take place on Thursday, October 18, 2007 at 11:30 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull. Relatives and friends may call on Thursday morning from 10:15 a.m. until the time of service. Interment will follow in the St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford.
