Obituary of Evelia Galletti

Loving Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. GALLETTI Evelia Landini Galletti, age 87, of Bridgeport, died on Thursday, December 9, 2010 at her residence. Born in Bridgeport on April 25, 1923, she was a daughter of the late Dino and Mary Caselli Landini. Before her retirement she was employed at Bridgeport Brass Co. and Norden Corp. She was a parishioner of St. Andrew Church of Bridgeport and a member of the Friendship Club. She enjoyed gardening, growing tomatoes and cooking for her family and friends. She was pre-deceased by her husband Frank R. Galletti, a brother Nello Landini and a sister Renee VanGrowski. Survivors include a daughter Ann Brennan and her husband Richard of Bridgeport, two grandchildren Matthew Brennan and his wife Jennifer, Lori Cieniawa and her husband Aaron and three great grandchildren, Jake, Owen and Arlo, many nieces and nephews and her faithful pet Millie. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Monday, December 13, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 10:00 a.m. in St. Andrew Church, Bridgeport for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford.
