Obituary of Rose Polozzolo

Loving Mother & Grandmother Rose Turziano Polozzolo, age 93, of West Palm Beach, Florida and formerly of Bridgeport, passed away on Saturday, October 12, 2013 surrounded by her family. She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph Polozzolo and the late Louis Turziano. Born in Bridgeport on March 19, 1920, she was a daughter of the late Fedele and Lena Carraro DiGiacomo. Mrs. Polozzolo had worked for the former CT National Bank in Bridgeport for many years before her retirement. She is survived by her children, Barbara Turziano Tzanavaris of FL, Diana Turziano of FL, Richard Turziano and his wife Vicky of CA and Joseph Polozzolo and his wife Marcella of Bridgeport, her cherished grandsons, Jonathan Turziano and James Tzanavaris as well as a brother, Fred DiGiacomo and his wife Betty and a sister, Theresa Tantimonico and her husband Joseph, as well as several nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 18, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. directly in St. Margaret Shrine, 2523 Park Ave., Bridgeport for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford. Friends may call at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull on Thursday from 4:00-8:00 p.m.
