Obituary of Josephine Pluchino

Resident of Monroe Josephine Puccio Pluchino, age 92, of Monroe, a homemaker, died on Thursday, February 23, 2006 in St. Vincent Medical Center. Born in Canada on March 14, 1913, she was a daughter of the late Antonio and Salvatora Martino Puccio. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Paul J. Pluchino, a daughter, Joan Landa, two brothers, Joseph and Benny Puccio and three sisters, Connie Cannizzaro, Catina Alves and Vera Puccio. Survivors include a son, John Pluchino and his wife, Wanda of Monroe, three grandchildren, Anthony Landa, Debbie Pitre and Jo Marie Landa, three great grandchildren, John, David and Sean Pitre and many nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Monday, February 27, 2006 at 9:00 a.m. from the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 10:00 a.m. in St. Augustine Cathedral, Bridgeport for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in St. John Cemetery, Monroe. Friends may call on Sunday from 3-7 p.m.
