Obituary of Mary L. Petruccelli

July 22, 2006 Trumbull Resident Petruccelli Mary L. Petruccelli, of Trumbull, died peacefully on July 22, 2006 in St. Joseph Manor. Born and educated in Bridgeport, she was a daughter of the late Leonard and Laurenza Petruccelli. She was a retiree of the General Electric Company and was also employed by Reads Department Store. She spent many of her retirement years traveling extensively with her beloved sister, Theresa. She was a member of St. Theresa Parish and the Ladies Guild. In her declining years she found great comfort in her prayers and memories of her beloved family. Mary was pre-deceased by her brothers, Anthony and Fred Petruccelli, her sisters, Carrie Garamella, Lucy Doorfee, and Theresa Petruccelli, nephews, William, Leonard and Rocco Garamella, nieces, Mildred Garamella, Dolores Cahill and Anita Shea. Survivors include her devoted niece, Laura Garamella Rossignol of Stratford and Dr. Joseph J. Garamella of Minneapolis, MN, She is also survived by several great nieces and nephews, including her godchild, Joanne Begg, Leslie Penkoff, John Rossignol, Michael Shea, Kevin Shea, Jerry Shea and Kathleen Dully. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, July 25, 2006 at 10:30 a.m. from the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull and at 11:00 a.m. in St. Theresa Church for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Long Hill Burial Grounds, Trumbull. Friends may call on Tuesday morning after 9:30 a.m. until the time of service.
