Obituary of Josephine Musarra

Josephine Longhitano Musarra, age 84, of Rising Sun, Maryland and formerly of Trumbull, died peacefully on November 24, 2011 in Maryland. Born in Bristol, Pennsylvania on September 15, 1927, she was the daughter of the late Gaetano and Maria Margo Longhitano. Josephine was a former member of the Ladies Trinacria Society. She was predeceased by her loving husband Sebastian, a son Vincent J. Musarra, two sisters and three brothers. Survivors include two daughters, Elaine Vernon and her husband Chuck of Nottingham, PA and Deborah Patton, grandchildren Melissa and Kelly of West Chester, PA as well as several nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Friends can greet the family members at a memorial gathering that will take place on Saturday, December 3, 2011 from 9:00-11:00 a.m. at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull. A prayer service will take place on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Interment will follow in St. Michaels Cemetery, Stratford.
