Obituary of Jack Rodrigues

Jack Rodrigues, 91, of Trumbull, beloved husband of the late Gloria Pires Rodrigues, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 surrounded by his loving family. Born in Vilanova, Chaves, Portugal, he was a son of the late Manuel and Umbilina Gloria Rodrigues.

He immigrated to the United States in 1948, living in Bridgeport for many years before settling in Trumbull. He was a member of the Laborers Union and worked for Anthony Railroad for many years. Jack and Gloria were people of great faith and were dedicated parishioners of St. Margaret's Shrine for over 40 years.

Survivors include a sister, Cidalia Silva of Portugal, a great granddaughter, a sister-in-law, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews and Godchildren. He was predeceased by two brothers, Antonio Rodrigues and Jose Rodrigues and two sisters, Maria Silva and Ana Guedes.
